Consulting
At Broccoli Homes we also provide consulting services for clients who need a professional opinion but do not want to hire a designer for the whole project. Knowing all the steps of the building process we take away the worry or any mishaps on your construction/design site. We offer consulting on all aspects of the design process. For example, checking to make sure electrical sockets are in the right place, measurements, problem solving, consulting on paint, tile/stone placement, window treatments, stains and any other items that you need help with on your project. Stunning “to date” furnishings turn rooms into visual stories, sparking the imaginations of buyers who often feel uninspired by vacant properties. Styled yet relatable, your house will captivate attention and leave an unforgettable impression.

Seasonal & Holiday Decorating
Seasonal and holiday decorating is striking a balance with your home’s existing design and décor to complement special occasions and celebrations. Broccoli Homes will develop a theme that is both festive and functional without disrupting the everyday spaces in your home.
- Developing and carrying out a design theme working with new or existing décor items.
- Overseeing major design installations that can take up to a week during popular holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween and Independence Day.
- Purchasing & coordinating teams to assemble and breakdown holiday installations.
- Sprucing up spaces for family and friends and ensuring their stay comes with all the fixings: soft sheets, comfy throw blankets, warm robes, and fresh-cut flowers.
